As a US citizen, I agree with Senator Bob Graham (D-FL) that Congress was wrong to give President Bush a blank check to wage war in Iraq.

I also agree with Senator Graham that Congress should not give President Bush another blank check to rebuild Iraq's schools, bridges and electrical grid while the schools, bridges and electrical grid of the United States are falling apart.

Congress should not approve the President's request for tens of billions to rebuild Iraq without also investing in the infrastructure of the United States, which will create jobs here at home.
