2. I'm no architect or civil engineer but

I would say that the foam component of the roof (which appears to be what is being damaged and/or blown off) is NOT STRUCTURAL.

The underlying steel superstructure looks very solid and will have much less windage if/when the foam is removed.

I wouldn't want to get hit with a fast-moving chunk of that SPF foam however.....

They are arguing what has blown off the roof.
