Republicans hold U.S. Soldiers hostage for $15.9 Billion
Edited on Wed Oct-01-03 05:13 PM by The Lone Liberal

Today on the floor of the US Senate Republicans used the security of our brothers, sisters, sons and daughters in Iraq hostage for $15.9 billion so that they could enrich their cronies at the expense of American blood.

The cry from the Republicans was “this money is need for the security of our troops….we must vote this money to bring the troops home…” how callous is that ploy when in reality there is nothing about security in giving Bush $9 million for a study of ZIP CODES in Iraq. MY GOD THEY ARE BORROWING MONEY TO STUDY ZIP CODES……….

We should never let go of this, it is better than the $600 hammer.

2. If I were going to try to figure out how to control a bunch of people,
I would very much like to get a grip on their demographics. Zip codes would be a good place to start.
