Louisiana governor looks like she hasn't slept
They are interviewing the governor on NBC. She seems very controlled but very tired. Wonder how many LA politicos went sleepless over the past night or two.

She is in Baton Rouge.

Thanked Shrub for declaring the emergency yesterday.

I wouldnt thank Shrub for anything..... especially with him attending a Fund raiser tonight. :puke:
