Mississippi Gov. Press Conference

"Storm surge is much bigger than anything before."

"People trapped...we are unable to do anything to rescue them until the winds die down."

Saying the storm surge will take another 6 hours to wash back out and that will cause more damage, washing out land under roads, houses, buildings, etc.
