CNN just had a segment showing a reporter from the NO CBS afilliate scampering around on Canal Street in downtown NO. The whole point of the exercise was just to show that he could go out there and run around in the street. He wasn't a big fellow in stature and naturally he was blown around like a rag doll. He is damn lucky he wasn't hit with debris.
