The weatherman is trying to explain about the hurricane eyewall closing. Carol Costello (assuming all the viewers are idiots) says, CHAD, CHAD, CHAD, CHAD, what does that mean in simple terms? And "Chad" says "WELL IF YOU WOULD LET ME TALK!" and, exasperated, throws down his papers.

one has the anchor.. the other the weatherman.. the weather man is talking "blah blah heavy rain" in front of a radar of the hurricane.. the anchor says "but Chad.. chad... chad.. chad" the weather man says "LET ME TALK CAROL!" she says "I don't understand.. what do you mean" he throws down a peice of paper in his hand and sys something like "if you would let me talk.."

It makes little sense and the anchor starts to interrupt him asking him to explain. He keeps talking over her and finally says "Let me talk!!" she responds by saying "I don't know what that means, can you explain it for us who don't understand". He retorts and throws his papers on the floor like a little kid "Well, if you would let me talk!".
