things were going today to get their 87 billion - blaming the news for showing negetive only. Democracy is breaking out, the Iraqi's are happy.

5. Apparently the Iraq Police force needs to be better vetted
These riots started (or some of them) when some guys went down to apply for a job on the police, and the acting police wanted to take bribes to let them in to apply.
