2. I have emailed Noah's Wish

to see what supplies they need for the affected areas. I will post their response. Looks at the supplies list, a lot of the supplies are things we have laying around.

Dear Jessica,

Thank you for your interest in helping us respond to Hurricane Katrina. The only way to donate without service fees is to send a check to our mailing address, which is Noah's Wish, PO Box 997, Placerville, CA 95667. Right now it is almost impossible to say what supplies we will need or where to send them. We will have our first people in the area tomorrow, and we will be bringing some essential start-up items with us. It will take a day or two to figure out where we will be setting up our supply storage and what types of deliveries can get through. Honestly, shipping charges are usually so high, that we try to buy things locally or go directly through the supplier/manufacturer to have things delivered. If there is something we need that will be easy for people to send, we will post a list on our website.
