Dick Cheney still has a lot of shares in Halliburton.

And, for some reason, Halliburton gets contract after contract. All no bid contracts BTW.

Let's not forget that Tom DeLay and friends litterally handed a $5B check to Halliburton too before their so much needed vacation.

If any of us did something like this, we would without a doubt face criminal charges.

2. I don't think it's illegal for him to hold stock, as long as he doesn't

have a controling interest in the Co. Now, does he? Of course!! But you have to prove he manipulated the DOD to hire Halliburton, and that's much more difficult to do. You would need some inside whistle blower I would think.

Same thing goes for the Hosue giving them $5B. It was a vote on an appropriations bill, and without turn coats telling how they were either bribed, or paid off, it's impossible to make the case.
