Well, okay, he didn't really write it about Cindy but he very well could have. It goes like this:

"It is becoming evident. . . that a single, seemingly powerless person who dares to cry out the word of truth and to stand behind it with all his person and all his life, ready to pay a high price has, surprisingly, greater power, though formally disfranchised, than do thousands of anonymous voters."

It is evident that Cindy has changed the entire face of this war. She, through her willingness to confront the Chimp where no one else has had the courage, changed the dialogue in this country.
