2. When I click on the link...
All I get is the WDSU banner at the top and some help text below. I wasn't able to get video yesterday or today. I have all latest software/drivers and don't usually have a problem getting streaming video.

4. Nope.
I get the same blank screen with the banner at the top, a big blank space, and some useless help text below. Do I have to register/login to their site or something?
