Does anyone know anything about how Chalmette fared? He told his wife (who left with their daughers) that some windows had broken and the fence came down - and that was before the storm hit.

5. Boy, I hope this turns out not to be true.

Sandra's brother was planning to go up into the attic and then get out onto the roof if the water got too high. His wife and family tried like anything to get him to leave with them but he said driving long distances would aggravate his very bad back. That seems like a very small problem to have right now.
