Bush ignored CIA warnings before that fateful day and then looked to CIA for cover before Iraq. Tenet took the blame but I guess there was more payback due.

Larry Johnson (on MSNBC) said that the CIA tried to warn the WH that IRaq wasn't a grave threat but they wouldn't listen
