and she said they were thinking of evacuating because water has been coming up and inch every 5 minutes. I think she let a cat out of the bag. She said there is a 2 block long breach in the levee of Lake Pontchartrain. The other hospital has already started evacuating the patients. The water at her hospital is almost to the second floor and that's where their generators are. They'll have to evacuate the hospital from the heliport on the roof. Don't look good to me.
