CNN: Tulane Official says they're considering abandoning the hospital
They're contemplating evacuating over 1,000 patients by air, since the water is rising 1 inch every 5 minutes near Tulane. Water almost to the second floor, where their generators are.

1. White caps on Canal St. Water is rising as per Tulane hospital VP.
The idiot host is not taking her quite seriously. Like she can't see the fucking water. My Lord.
Now a report about the French Quarter being safe. Bullshit.
FEMA and Army Corps of Civil Enginers and * Admin. must be controlling the news.

3. For what it's worth....
If I remember right the super dome is on a little higher ground. But it has been a few years since I have been there but I remember it as being a little higher.

Like I said, I may be wrong...

4. How much good will those few feet be with an entire lake bearing down and
water rising at one inch every 5 minutes? I hope it's enough.

5. The one good thing is that they can go up.
There are a heck of a lot of higher seats in there. I just hope that the story isn't true. If it is there will be a lot of people that will, you know... I just hope that it isn't true....

7. CNN now reporting plan to evacuate hospitals on hold
The water is apparently rising more slowly now.
