With the lake busted it's just going to be solid blue now isn't it?

3. The Dome is built on a foundation ~20 feet above the bottom of the bowl.

My best guess is that the field and maaaybe the lower seating areas will see some water.

5. Well that's good news because I believe they've had about enough

in there. I wonder if they'll still be able to let anyone in, presuming people can get there at all in boats or whatever, or if it's sealed.

they were letting people outside for cigarette breaks earlier. If true, then there's no seal in effect.

could not only inundate the entire city but connect the resultant expanded lake to the river, making New Orleans mostly uninhabitable forever.

10. This is the end of New Orleans as we know it.

Before this levee breach, there was some hope of the water being pumped out in a shorter time period. Now..? It'll be weeks. I'm crying for my hometown tonight.

12. Some were having fun in the French Quarter last night--a bar had opened.

Bill O. said---there will always be 'that element" after a newscaster made a comment that there suspose to be a curfew.
