2. Fema has set up a 'small portable hospital" inside the Superbowl to
take care of the daily medical needs of the people.

4. they permitted them on the catwalk today for fresh air and to let them
smoke cigarettes.

As far as the commodes not flushing due to a lack of water. Can't someone (a guardsman, perhaps?) bring in water from the street to flush the commodes with? You pour the bucket in the bowl and the waste goes down the pipes. Fresh and ready for the next person.

3. More reasons why
this was a bad idea to put so many people in one place inside of the city limits.

They should have had buses available to all the people that lined up outside on Sunday to take them out of the area.

The conditions inside the Dome must be awful at this point.

7. and I saw many disabled--in w/chairs--not able to care for themselves
as they were waiting outside. It takes lots of dedicated people to care for these people--physically and mentally not able to care for daily needs--like even going to the bathroom. You are right--it must be a mess in their by now.
