God, I wish Clinton was still president. Now is when we need an intelligent, caring, proactive president. I can just hear him now, ticking off all the solutions. He would be announcing the construction of tent villages, he would be calling in coast guard, he would be trucking in supplies, he would be calling in engineers to solve the water pumping problem in NOLA, he probably would be THERE.

Just shows how the whole 9-11 Bush was just total bullshit IMAGE. Thinking back, he didn't do a freakin thing but hug a guy at ground zero and pledge to find Osama. What an utter excuse for not only a president, but a human being. While Freepers are sorry that the public housing withstood the storm.

1. We can't look to the past...

The age of Clinton and the DLC is over. The age of the grass-roots Democrats is coming. And it will be glorious indeed.

2. I think I agree....

Clinton was an alright guy, but I have never really liked the DLC. And it is definitely way past time for the grass roots democrats to take over, in my eyes, the biggest and first victory should be in turning everyone against the war based on lies. And then getting rid of corrupted voting machines and Bush via impeachment.

After that, the power is back in the hands of the grassroots.
