7. There was a thread here recently about his health,

and it was suggested that he might have--I don't know the correct medical term--but some kind of neurological disorder that causes tics and involuntary movements.

I don't know what it is, but he does seem to have some mental and maybe physical problems too. Which would account for such glaringly inappropriate responses.

Not to say that he hasn't always been an a-hole; look at the way he mocked Karla Faye Tucker.
