Dome Death
The devastation could have been too much or it might have been the heat in the dome. A man who was evacuated to the Superbowl has jumped to his death. The speculation is the man jumped due to frustration. There is no electricity in the dome and more people are entering the dome who have been rescued.

Loose Levee

Efforts are being made to bag up the broken levee at the seventeenth canal that is causing Lake Ponchatrain flood waters to gush into the City of New Orleans. Reportedly over 3000 sand bags are being used to try to plug the dike.

Gassed
Gas prices are increasing all over and requests are being made to reduce gas consumption. The gas stations re concerned about distributors raising gas prices. Also, so far, we do not know the damage of the oil infrastructure in the gulf.

Boats Needed

Due to the large amounts of flooding, state police officials are requesting volunteers and/or their boats to assist in operations in the New Oreleans area. Those who are interested in volunteering themselves or their boats are encouraged to call 1-225-925-7500.

5. Reduce gas consumption?
Hey! This is America! Didn't Bush make fun of Gore for suggesting Americans conserve gas?

I bet the people suggesting this are commies.
