2. Aparently
Using rocks and "super sand bags" according to a reporter at the Pentagon. She doesn't have much information other than there are two leaks, at 17th street, and another she called industrial or something, and a possibility of failure at a third location with a pumping station.

I'm guessing if the holes dont get plugged, the city might as well pack it up and move. They are bringing in big rocks and super sandbags...

Also on CNN, apparently at least 50% of each states national guard was required to stay in the state, not in iraq... We'll see how accurate that is.


Arkansas NG troops are being activated.

4. I highly doubt they'll have much of an effect
If the water is still flowing, they'll need something like a train to anchor their sandbags and stop them from just flowing into the city.
