I heard a rumor: Cheney is or was ill/unconsious yesterday

A coworker of mine said that she and some friends were flipping through the channels watching the hurricane disaster when they saw one of those headline streams along the bottom say that Cheney was unconsious. She said they saw it TWICE, but never heard or saw anything else about it. She thinks it was on Fox or CNN. We haven't been able to find anything about it online though.

Anyone else happen to catch that as well?

Capitol Hill Blue wrote (or made up, hard to tell) a story saying Cheney was too sick to do anything, so Rumsfield was running everything. Who knows? It doesn't matter to me, none of them seem able to do anything right.

16. The Constant Rumor

I haven't heard anything about it yet, but it seems there's always a persistent rumor that Cheney's down.

I guess his "no statement" policy on events of national and international import only adds to the constant speculation. However, if you saw it on a cable news scroll, that's very interesting.
