reading here gets really old really quickly... it's like "instant panic mode, just add bandwidth"...

take the superdome for instance. first came the dire predictions of mass fatalities as soon as they started using the site for a refuge. that didn't come to pass, even though the place isn't the ritz carlton by any means.

now when water gets anywhere near the super dome somebody posts "OH NO NOW THEY'RE ALL TRAPPED!" don't be silly...

cut the doomsday scenarios folks, you're all terrorizing yourselves to death. at the very least, be rational. what do we need the fearmongering bush administration for? i daresay several posters here are doing a better job than bush at pushing fearmongering nonsense.

you can despise this administration all you want but you can't blame weather on them, though i've seen that done here in the past 3 days. and you aren't doing yourselves any favors by crying out that "THE SKY IS FALLING" over every single thing.

if you want to be taken seriously, then stop acting like a bunch of panic mongering children...
