There has been a -gate type scandal when it comes to John Roberts' papers.
It is the real Filegate.
That is why John Roberts needs to be filibustered.

If the Senate asks for documents and doesn't receive them, filibuster is not only appropriate but necessary.
Even some R's got behind that policy, IIRC.
