Are the freepers saying anything about Bush's inaction?
For those who are immune to shit and able to tread through that cesspool, any word?

5. Bush is doing what a few homies in New Orleans are doing...
looting, using Bush as a prime example: taking everything not bolted to the floor.

Going to a fund raiser in San Diego as the city of New Orleans floats out the sea - a sterling performance.

9. That's Right....
Some of the People doing the Looting were doing it Due to the Break Down of Law and Order. However when rich Old White Men like Ken (Kenny Boy) Lay, Shrub, Papa Shrub, Uncle Dick Steal Billons then that is Considered Acceptable.......

I am not saying it is right, but it is my humble opinion that some of the looters were the poor who could not afford to leave and were looting because they had no food and water. I can't really say that I blame them.....

3. I was reading the Post Your Comments
Edited on Wed Aug-31-05 12:11 AM by Frances
section of the Washington Post.

The Bush supporters are blaming the people for not leaving the city. And they are making a big deal of the looting. And they say that we shouldn't blame Bush.

On edit: I think there is a lot of racism underlying the comments because so many of the victims are black.

10. Why were there no busses to transport the poor folks to safer ground?
Am I wrong? Not everyone has car or can afford some means of transportation.

Tax payers can afford to fly GWB from one fund-raiser to the other in the middle of a hurricane developing in the Gulf of Mexico, but no money for free transportation? Am I wrong?

11. No, you're absolutely right
There should have been buses and LANG trucks. Not everyone drives and not everyone has a car available to them. Then there are the tourists who were stranded when their flights were cancelled and all rental cars rented to others.

It's wrong. Completely and utterly wrong. This is a complete failure on the part of the government.

16. That's right...
You would think that there is a disaster plan where the govt agrees to pay private bus operators to transport citizens to safer shelters in times of crises. But Hey, that just makes too much sense...

12. He's a piss-poor excuse for a leader, that's for certain.
What stopped him from touring the devastation on Marine One today?

Surely there's an airport, a highway, and a helipad accessible to POTUS in times like these. Shouldn't the President be screaming from the rafters, "Take me there! Now!"

I think so.

It's so My Pet Goat. It's so Weak-Ass Underestimated Tsunami Response.
