‘Descent Into Hell’, 50,000 Lives Bring Apocalyptic Warning to All Citizens of United States, the World Cries ‘You Are Not Alone’, They Cannot Hear

By: Sorcha Faal, and as reported to her Russian Subscribers

Russian Intelligence reports are stating this morning that the grave situation developing in the American City of New Orleans can only be described as a ‘Decent Into Hell’, as to this hour over 50,000 human beings of this once great American City remain trapped by rising flood waters with no means for their Government to evacuate all of them.

With no resources available for food, water, shelter, or evacuation, the masses of these peoples have become one of the largest unruly mobs in modern history, and with no police or military forces able to contain them they are presently running rampant throughout what remains of this city in what these reports describe as ‘frantic acts for survival’.

Numerous gun battles between portions of these ‘mobs’ and police forces yesterday had caused their Military Authorities to completely leave this city and declare a State of Martial Law. FSB reports state that many of these gun battles were the result of drug addicts breaking into a large pharmaceutical establishment because of these drug addicts needing drugs to keep from suffering ‘withdrawals’.

These FSB reports further state that this city has broken down into complete ‘mob rule’, with many innocent civilians shot and ‘numerous’ dead bodies lying in the streets.

To the greater issue however is that the American people are viewing for the first time, in many of their memories, what the limitations of State power really are. Only by the deception of words is any government, of any kind, been able to exercise tyrannical authority over their citizens. To the citizens of New Orleans, and among their poorest, who have been left behind and cut off from their normal daily functions, the fallacy of any government being able to control the masses of its citizens is laid completely bare.

Being kept from these American people also by their Military Rulers have been the uncounted offers of assistance from Nations all around the world, including: Venezuela has offered their Medical Airlift Command for the evacuation of peoples trapped in these devastated regions; Holland has offered the resources of their Public Works Ministry (and who are the acknowledged World Experts for below sea level water evacuation procedures); Russia has offered over 100,000 temporary living structures, along with Military Personal to assist their American counterparts; Iran has offered 1 Billion US Dollars in immediate assistance and guaranteed 5,000,000 barrels of oil at $35.00 US Dollars; China has offered their Military Rescue Forces (Who are acknowledged as one of the best in the world for rescuing peoples in flood ravaged areas.)

All of these offers, and more, the Military Leaders of the United States have declined, and for the their previously stated reason: “The United States Government and its People Respectfully Decline your offer of assistance and refer you to our previous State Department Bulletin (NCO:13788) in which we had stated that this remains an internal action.”

1. You have got to be kidding me?
....If this report is true Venezuela, Netherlands, Iran, Russia, China and Lord knows who else have offered assistance and our asswipe of a Leader (using term loosely) has refused? REFUSED?
Wonderful! People can drown, starve, die from thirst and disease as long as our good Leader's pride stays intact? Impeachment is to good for this louse.

3. The question remains.
Is it true? If so, I'm sure the American public will be interested to hear what's being done in their name. But handle such things with extreme caution.

14. As a reporter I attempted to corroborate

What was said in this article.

I called Andy Card Chief of Staff at the White House.

I was hardly surprised that his phone machine told me: "This user's mail box is full."

I especially wanted to ask if it is true that the offers of help from the other nations are being turned down.

Oh well...

Carol

16. wow carol! welcome to DU!
i wonder about this article -- it all seems so plausible. i've been in NO in times of relative calm (not mardi gras or anything) where shit was falling apart, violence breaking out and chaos seeming only moments away. why does it always seem like only offbeat journos are connecting the dots.

My anger and outrage continues to build. When are the people going to wake up to the facts? I am so sick of the perversion of a man we have in the People's House that I want to scream. How many people will have given their lives because of this monster? When you combine all the deaths that can be laid on his doorstep, my guess is that he is responsible for more than at any other time.

Someone's got to have some information on whether this source is credible! Meantime, wait to bash on whether the Bush admin. has turned down foreign assistance!

Another DUer said it better: Bash bush on things KNOWN to be FACT.

31. I guess you told me
I try to be informed before I make comments, forgive me for making a mistake. I have not seen any evidence of any outside assistance, if I am mistaken please let me know. The discussion yesterday? I think, about Canada's offer certainly didn't seem disreputable, the discussion about oil and medical didn't seem disreputable. I am aware that we shouldn't believe everything we read, but seeing bush strum a guitar while people die is enough to convince me that just about anything this person is accused of, probably isn't far from the truth.

assistance is being declined, it's being done in our name. Not just Bush's or his administration's. US. You and me and the all the other Joe & Jane Americans out there, whether we support the declination of assistance or not. :grr:

* Besides the obvious: no offer of help, IMO, should be declined. The Bush administration is the biggest collection of arrogant assholes that's ever governed.

If this is true, the power of the state should break down in this whole country, and you know "the tree of liberty,"...yadda yadda.

I'm interested, however, in having some corroboration, from another source, in respect to this this article.

Edit to add: one thing is definitely true, in this article, though -- and that is that state power is always a construct, and an illusion.

total bullshit to me that many countries would NOT offer help. If they offered help, where are they? It is totally plausible that help has been offered and the idiot has refused it. Don't need any news stories to come to that conclusion, either. In fact, it is unimaginable that other countries would not offer help. That is always done in any major disaster.

Edit: It would go against traditional diplomacy to offer no help.

there has been absolutely no information on any aid coming in from any other country. Perhaps the government and media are conspiring to keep secret any aid from other countries? Or perhaps the offers have been made and refused? Either way, it is interesting, to say the least.

Edit: Another thought - possibly, the Bush government does not want Americans to feel humbled and appreciative of outside assistance or offers of same. No use making Americans feel friendly toward other countries.

Every day things are getting worse. Our country had NO leadership whatsoever. I am so flabbergasted(sp) every single day at what our govenment does and how horrid this country must look to the rest of the world.

And Bushco is to arrogant to accept help for it's citizens in dire need of assistance?!?!? I swear, I'm gonna have a major stroke any day now. I want to just go and slap the shit out of the entire misadministration.

Thanks for letting me vent. And, no, I don't feel better.

10. Sorcha Faal is bogus
Sorcha Faal is a nom de plume for David Booth.

David Booth is a class one conspiracy theorist and self proclaimed psycic.

Sorcha Faal turns out to be a nom de plume for David Booth, a retired computer programmer from New Hampshire who stirred up limited controversy in conspioracy circles with the promotion of his book ‘Code Red: The Coming Destruction of the United States 2004.’Booth claimed the book originated in a “consecutive ten day dream he alleged he experienced in 2003 in which he saw a large sized planetary body pass close to Earth causing an explosion. This was then built up into the story about ‘Planet X’

a heretofore unknown planet in our solar system on a very long, elliptical orbit. In May 2003, it was alleged by the lunatic fringe that the non-existant “Planet X” would pass close enough to the Earth to affect it in some way, causing it to flip over (what many call a "pole shift") and spur many other huge disasters. The end result was solemnly predicted be the deaths of many billions of people. There are a large number of web pages, chat rooms and books about Planet X and its horrible effects on the Earth. So the question is, does this planet exist, and did it come close enough to Earth in May 2003 and cause great catastrophes? Did an atomic bomb explode over downtown Houston, Texas, on December 25th, 2004 by orders of Paul Wolfowitz? Many internet readers were breathlessly informed of this by a Canadian masquerading as the “German Guy,” a purported senior intelligence official in the German BND. Houston still stands, undamaged, and as far as the mythical ‘Planet X’ is concerned, here is a comment from the official NASA website:

From the NASA website:

There is no known Planet X or 10th planet in our solar system. Scientists have been looking for about a hundred years. It was believed that such a planet was required to explain the orbital characteristics of the outer planets Uranus and Neptune. Many searches have been performed and, to date, no evidence of such a planet has emerged. In addition, better information about the masses of outer planets has also now shown that no other planets are necessary to explain the planetary orbits.

There also is no Sorcha Faal in St. Petersburg, Russia or Florida. None of the Russian scientific bodies listed in the Faal accounts, specifically the Russian Academy of Science, has any record of such a person and a good deal of interesting information on this whole subject can be found at:http://www.rense.com/general51/plagiar.htm

12. Of Course.....
Many countries will send aid.

It is a right wing myth that nobody helps when the U.S. is in trouble.

Every year Australia sends hundreds of expert firefighters to battle large forest fires in our country.

Many countries will send aid and that aid will not be refused unless of course we do not have diplomatic relations with that nation.

I personally would not refuse help from anyone.

It helps promote positive relations even where none may have existed before.

I've been wondering why we haven't been hearing offerings of aid from other countries on the news. It doesn't make sense that no offers have been made. And if offers were made, it makes no sense that it isn't being reported, unless TPTB kept the info from the media.

33. I know. I have family there.
I just found out earlier this morning that they are all safe and accounted for, but they have a 3-month old baby with them, and are stuck temporarily in Hammond (just North of NO)--safe from the floods--but without adequate supplies. They are a group of five--but my older uncle is blind and with the baby, things have been stressful. They are some of the lucky and more fortunate ones. They are heading north to find supplies. Their property on Canal street is likely gone, but one of my cousins has a house in Hammond, and with the exception of downed trees and powerlines, and no access to groceries, gas and power, his house is okay (minor damage).

So yes, I know they need help. And I know Bush & Co. are not doing what needs to be done. But the OP asked about the article and its author and my reply was what it was. The author is an unreliable source. Period. I am familiar with other things written by this author. I have not been able to verify what the author reports according to "Russian Intelligence", and frankly, I believe this article is sensationalized, and parts of it are probably flat out untrue.

I also know our MSM is lame, but don't you think we would be seeing these "unruly mobs" and "Numerous gun battles between portions of these ‘mobs’ and police forces..." that caused "...Military Authorities to completely leave this city..." if that were true? Our MSM wants the most sensational story out of these disasters---don't you think they would be covering these events if they were really happening? I just don't believe this story. Just my opinion.

38. Only one that I heard of,
policeman shot in the face by a looter who was, in turn, shot dead by other police. Nurse robbed outside of hospital. It seems horrible, but not much different from daily shootings and robberies that happen in any city probably - except for the brazen looting of luxury items. Taking food and necessities from stores should be ignored, in my opinion.
