Why are "news people" surprised that water "moves stuff"?

Why are "news people" surprised that water "moves stuff"?

I keep hearing them marveling at how a casino barge moved "all the way across the highway".. It's a BARGE...It doesn't take very deep water to move cars..and a storm surge with high winds would have (and didn't) little trouble "moving" a casino barge..

Ever see a tiny tugboat guiding a large ship?? water makes things easy to move...(except a human walking against/across the current)

These are all things that need consideration BEFORE huge stuff floating on or at the coast , gets re-built..
