1. Basically, what they're saying is that if the temp is 95 degrees with
90% humidity, DON'T GO OUT FOR A 5 MILE RUN! Or decide the lawn needs a good mowing with a unmotorized mower right now. That's all.

3. I don't think the piece was addressed specifically to the people in the
dome. Heat rash is the least of their problems.
