4. They are being pushed out by FEMA
And they just haven't been told yet.
They aren't running the show when they should be.
Bushco learned alot from 911. Federal government needs to be in control so they can control the propaganda.
People aren't as dumb this time.

7. the mayor/governor don't know anything about patching a 200'
foot breach. Experts have said there was never enough time to save the city anyways.
