Have you noticed that when there is a major event, he waits several days until things deteriorate before he starts "lookin' at it" and then he makes a huge dramatic statement of response. Nine times out of 10 his response when examined later is just a lot of windowdressing and verbage with little real content. Watch him carefully this afternoon and listen for lack of real content.

He's always real generous in his stage productions with promises of bodies, money, equipment and so on and so forth, but when it comes time to actually deliver, it turns out that his mouth has written another check that his administration isn't going to cash.
