At Bourbon and Canal, at the Footlocker - breaking on CNN.

3. Nothign is being done...
and volunteers are being tuned away. They basically said, "if we don't call you, don't waste the trip." They think everything is under control. When just the opposite is true.

7. I think they've given up on
the city itself - they're just trying to save lives. And that's the right thing to do.
