1. They actually said to stop the looting. But NO is going under so the

looters will stop automatically. And it's going to take 2 days to get them there. They didn't mention exactly where they were coming from.

6. I bet it's longer than that. First they have to get the water out. Some

are saying up to 6 months. Then they have to check the electric lines. They are going to have to bring it up block by block. Then there are the problems with all the buildings underwater. They can't turn on the electricity to those homes until they're checked - if there is anything worth checking at that point.
