I have toured the area of devistation by plane uhee uhee and was proud of the patriotic Americans who have reached out to offer help in rescuing all the people from New York City (NEW ORLEANS!!!! AND THERE ARE TENS OF THOUSANDS STILL THERE!)... New Orleans... New Orleans... New Orleans uheh uheh. In response to this disaster I am calling on congress to repeal the personal income taxes on middle class Americans earning more than one million dollars a year. This windfall of capital will allow literally hundreds of American to visit Louisiana and contribute to their robust tourist economy... Git some of them fine crawdads and such uhee uheh. Some unpatriotic liberals have questioned the slowness of my response to this tragedy. To them I say, I was on vacation. You don't like to be bugged by work shit when you're on vacation right? Right? Just because I am the president doesn't make me any different. I had to iuheh uheh stay the course as it were. (What the hell are you talking about! talk about relief efforts, plans, strategy!). I am also prepared to release five hundred (million george, million) barells of oil to alleviate the spike in gas prices to almost two dollars a gallon...
