I can only speak to the apt my cousin has in Pgh, Pa. It's 650 sq ft, the carpet has a nap of 1/4", the kitchen is 8'X 4', the BR accomodates a bed, a dresser, and several plastic storeage cubes. There is a living room, I guess, that accomodiates a small sofa and one chair and a TV. Theirs is considered one of the best apts in the Pgh area too!
