jesus, Joe Kernan was holding up the NY Daily News, joking about the Hilbilly Heroine, blasting his comments on McNabb saying maybe the drugs were the problem... LOL, it's not even a business show this morning, no regard to gossip. CNN was trying to keep the radio hosts they spoke with from talking about it, but CNBC going full throttle against Rush.

is he saying that Rush does heroine, and that remark about Rush's weight loss...it Rush an addict? I didn't understand, Joe kept mumbling

for OxyContin.. there was a terrific story about the drug in Rolling Stone a while back that's worth reading.

OxyContin is a powerful prescription narcotic. It is highly addictive and abuse is rampant. It can be ingested or crushed and snorted for an intense high.


It is preferred in many rural parts of the country, where prescription fraud and outright theft provide addicts with the drug. Thus it has been named Hillbilly Heroin. It makes it sound so comical. I fail to see the humor, as it is destroying lives.
