Its real bad, I could tell firsthand when I flew over it at 4,000 feet and instructed the White House photographer to take my picture looking out the window.
Now, don't panic, I know yall are concerned about rescue, and the govt. is going to rescue...the oil companies with bailout loans until they can get on their feet.
As for the disechante...er...dislocate...er...displaced people, I'm afraid you fine citizens are going to have to reach deep in your own pockets cause there's no more money left after bailing out the oil companies.
I'm sending a bunch of "ASSETTS" and I'm delegating everything so my own beautiful mind don't have to deal with it to our dept. of Homeland Security....ayup.. and that means our armies of compassion will enforce martial law, only we won't call it martial law cause that would scare you, so we'll just call them armies of compassion...mainly to maintain order instead of rescue people.
Of course, I"m releasing 10,000 National Guard to help you...I've been holding them in reserve until enough poor people died. I've determined with the water, dehydration and all, by the time we actually send em down, most poor people should be dead.
oh, and if you divide that guard amongst all the places needing help, that's about one guardsman per 30-block area. That should do it.
And the ships should get there in about 4 days.
