up 40cents since this morning...and running out quickly...most gas stations only have premium left...and cars are lined up for about 6 blocks on either side of the stations...hoping to get that before it runs out.

We don't have a fireplace, so that is not an option. We generally have a lot of cold and a lot of snow in the winter too. :scared:

I told my husband to buy gas on Monday and he filled the cars at $2.50. He said yesterday it went to $2.69, then $2.75 this morning, then $2.83 this afternoon.

(population 13,000) ran out of gas and closed, and others are only allowing a limit of $10, no fillups.
