I do believe they are o.k. just without water, food, and sewage.

I believe the person who was watching the cats took them with when they left town. He's a vet student so I don't think he'd leave them.

As for my family and friends. I haven't heard anything. I'm still concerned but I have a way of contacting through 3 or four people to get news of the neighborhoods but that's about it.
