Listening to news about $6 a gallon gas, I could swear I heard
echoes of the Enron traders laughing about Grandma Millie. Granted, they couldn't create Katrina and aim it at the New Orleans/Biloxi area, but once it had happened they didn't waste any time using it.

1. cap on gas
If the government is lending oil to refiners why can't
they also stipulate a retail cap on pricing which would
prevent the black marketiers
