Any Corporate property left in the flooded area is now abandoned property. Seized by order of the Governors. It is now the property of the people. No more "looters." Just people taking rations that they need to survive in the absence of federal asisstance. I think the area is more than Lez Mizarbles emough. We don't need the FED calling them "criminals" or providing for prosecution for trying to survive while they drag their feet. As added insurance. Afterward I would also issue Blanket pardons for affected area's. Bush has caused them to suffer enough. Big KUDOS to the Peace Officers that are only allowing people to take shoes that fit them. Now That's Public Service! Because if the shoes don't fit right they will hurt your feet. People will need uninjured feet to evacuate.
