3. Was she? I hope so. I listened at first and it sounded like excuses
re Bush and the other Governors, etc. so I turned the channel.

She needs to start kicking asses, not defending the incompetence, and hopefully, that was what she was doing.

5. Doesn't Mary vote with
the repunks often - see what good it did her - I apologize in advanced if I'm mixing her up with someone else - but it seems to me she joins in with them often....

7. That's what I thought, too. She has the reputation
of being a conservative Democrat. In fact, when Kerry was vetting possible running mates last year, she was mentioned as a running mate that might attract centrists and repugs.

You (anyone) suppose there's a reason FEMA did not move with the National Guard to maintain order in N.O.? Any purpose they might have in letting the "28 Days scenario" run its course?

These clowns aren't bred for leadership. They're bred for living off of trust funds.

Taking charge and doing things that need to be done aren't their style. They crack under the pressure.
