Question about Katrina
We 'drop' food and water in 3rd world countries all the time.....WHY are we NOT doing it now?

4. "Thinking"??? They have no idea
how to do this. What the F*CK is the Billions in FEMA'S budget for? They are responding like they never practiced for this? Is this the 1st hurricane America has ever seen? What happened during Camille or Andrew?With the heat in the Gulf Coast 'they' can't live w/o water for very long.....How many will die because of FEMA'S incompetence?

5. only 6% goes to disaster planning/relief, the rest to REX 84 et al
Beating up civilians is far more important to them than saving anyone's lives.

Also, they've gotten systematically dismantled by Bushler and their budget drastically slashed.

They decided to have a "turkey drop" on Thanksgiving, not realizing that turkeys don't fly too well. Splat!
