Bush Admin has been so derelict in helping the people of NO.MS and AL I fear that as they evacuate people from everything they know and own and they are not happy about it, will they the evacuees become the next Gitmo victims? If they are angry and frustrated, will they be considered enemies of the state? Have we sunk that low or will the MUTE democratic leaders speak for them or will it be left to us, the CINDY SHEEHAN'S of the world to make things happen????? Where are our leaders??????

The looter propaganda has been 'catapulted' all day. It seems that soggy wrecked retail stock is more important than poor black people. My guess is that there is nothing much that they can do for the folks trapped inside the city so they are fixing a justification for doing a whole lot of them in. Then again I am known to be paranoid and cynical.

those erstwhile looters going from door to door checking to see if there are any sick or elderly in need of water and food, and alerting those conducting official search/rescue operations. It would surely save a lot of time and effort and be a great help.

Instead, "soggy wrecked retail stock is more important than poor" sick, elderly "black people."

Even though I strongly doubt that most of the looters are so mentally deficient to steal wrecked, soggy tvs, camcorders, and clothing.

9. People who are carying for themselves & others

don't shoot police, steal televisions, commit arson and hijack supply convoys meant for hospitals. They don't shoot rescue copters. They don't threaten nursing home patients.

Call them what you will, but whatever semblence of moral authority they may have had, is gone. They are thugs, warmongers, gangs...
