I want names of people who argued for the reduction in funds to New Orleans levee projects and we will have them replaced. Period. WE will show that the Budget is a moral document and show what the Bush administration and its GOP cronies think about security. We will expose their greed and corruption and willingness to sacrifice the safety of millions of their citizens. We know that many more projects and programs were also underfunded, but there is no national attention on most of them.
