Should Halliburton get a "No-Bid contract" to rebuild the South?
They are after all the "only company in the world" experienced is such matters. At least that is what Republicans have said about them in Iraq. The same conditions seem to hold true in the area Katrina hit. If Haliburton is the only company in the world with the capability to rebuild a country then I suspect they should get a "No-Bid Contract" for New Orleans as well. If they don't get such a "No-Bid Contract" then it is an admission that another company or companies can do the job also.

1. Let's just open all doors to the Treasury and let Hallibutt loot at will
Nothing has stopped them from doing whatever the hell the want in Iraq, lets go ahead and create a free looting bill just for them.

2. I was figuring that they would
Probably contracts to feed all these people, too. Then they can f**k us all over again.

3. I don't think they should, but pretty sure they will.
No surprise, of course, since Cheney still has a pulse and calls the shots.

Once again I say...God help us all with these miserable incompetent failures in charge.

4. Read Briody, The Halliburton Agenda
Says it all. You'll love it. It was a page-turner for me.
