A person who *usually* gives bu$hit the benefit of the doubt...
...this morning, as we were talking about Katrina's aftermath, said:

"I'm sorry, but Bush has been just thtththtt in this!"

When she said 'thtththtt', she made a really angry face and a hand gesture. She was NOT pleased with is 'performance' in regards to Katrina. She went on ranting for several minutes about how he should have ordered to have resources, water, food, rescue equipment, etc. on the ready LAST WEEK. She said whoever heads FEMA should be shot. WHERE the hell ARE they?

She was pissed!

This is someone who has previously seemed to give Nero (er, bu$h) the benefit of the doubt in other situations.

NOT this one!

1. It is over for **. He can't grandstand like he did on 9/11 because we saw
what was coming.. regular folks knew what to do, and the gov't is running around saying "We had no idea!!"

5. THAT crap burns me up...
..they've KNOWN something like this could happen for YEARS. The COE et al TRIED to get funding to DO SOMETHING to prepare but bu$hit sent all our resources to friggin Iraq in a war based on lies.

Now, he'll probably say "well it's good that we went over and took control of all that Iraqi oil because now we'll need it!"

After all, his latest excuse for having invaded is - oil.

6. Last year Bush had FEMA prepare in advance for the hurricanes in Florida.
Of course that was an election year in a key state and he also had his brother's political career to consider. In Bush's republican value system, the people of Alabama, Mississippi, and Louisiana do not deserve comparable treatment.
