Relief supplies
I kind of pictured airplanes dropping MRE's and bottled water like they did in the Asian tzunami.Would'nt that make sense and be very easy to do?

1. The water may be a problem.
The tsunami waters receded fairly fast. So supplies could be dropped anywhere, and people could get to them. New Orleans is still a lake, and it's going to be that way for a while.

2. Anderson Cooper asked someone the same
thing last night, and that's what I was thinking too. Why aren't they doing this? They could drop provisions from helicopters.
