Ugghh - this disaster is totally depressing

It just seems like we're down to the poor folks and nobody want's them :( Are we this selfish of a nation?

Where are the busses? Where is the help? Why are people still asking these questions so long after the hurricane hit?

Is it me or is there a complete breakdown of society? As they just asked on CNN "Why wasn't there a contingency plan in place for an inevitable event like this?"

This is rediculous. x(
