It isn't expected in NO until next Thursday!
Why do we not have a rapid response capability???
THis totally blows my mind!

It said it's docked in Baltimore. Due to arrive in the area on Septmeber 8.

Rescue ships should have been right behind this hurricane. It wasn't a surprise that this was a diaster. This storm was a behemoth and it was going to hit the coast somewhere.
